Hi I'm Jessie Healy - 7-Figure Agency Owner and Ecomm coach. I created this template so my team could easily create impressive and accurate forecasts for our clients - in under an hour. I used to be Head of Performance Marketing for Etsy and in that role I spent a lot of time creating forecasts. I developed some great methods and in this mini course I am sharing my secrets with you!
Having the ability to forecast to your clients can not only help you win clients, it can also strengthen your relationship with them. The way we lay out these forecasts allows you to show the client the assumptions you used to get to your forecasts - leaving you less open to being blamed when they are wrong. It creates a platform for diaglogue about how you can work as partners to improve the levers that lead to better ROAS.
